Shipping and Returns

Overview

Our refund policy is valid for 3 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, with the seal unbroken, or you must provide a valid reason, such as a fault with the product, within this period. If the product is used or the seal is broken without a valid reason, a refund may not be granted.

Returns

You may return products within 5 days of purchase. Returns are allowed even if you change your mind. The product must be unused and in its original condition with all packaging intact. If the product is returned in a condition different from when it was received, it may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Gifts

If you purchase a product as a gift, we will ensure it is beautifully wrapped and include a gift card with the recipient’s name. If the gift needs to be returned, we will process a gift credit for the value of the return once we receive the item.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please email us at {email address} and send the item to: {physical address}.

Shipping Returns

To return a product, mail it to: {physical address}. You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we don’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
